Lessons were decks. The syllabus was a Notion page. Shipping a module meant rewriting the outline, the player, and the homework — three sources of truth, none of them honest.

How it shipped

   Syllabus as architecture

   Sanity holds the course. Modules, lessons, and exercises are documents, not slides.

2. 02

   If it cannot ship, it is not in the course

   A lesson without a runnable step does not get a slot. The outline is a build list.

3. 03

   Teach the architecture you ship

   The platform is the same stack the lessons describe. No dual reality.

If the lesson cannot ship, it should not be in the course.
